How to Order
A simple process from inquiry to delivery, tailored to industrial customers.

1. Send an inquiry
Add the codes you need to your RFQ directly from the catalog, or send us a list via the contact form, email or phone.

2. Receive a quote
Our team checks availability and prepares a pro-forma invoice with prices, lead time and payment terms.

3. Payment
Payment is made against the pro-forma invoice, to the company bank account, prior to shipment.

4. Delivery
Goods are shipped via the courier of your choice: Post Express, DHL, BEX or FedEx. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

We regularly deliver to Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia, working with experienced courier partners for reliable, tracked delivery.
